From the origins to today

A tradition that spans the centuries

The Giannini family preserves a centuries-old tradition, passed down from generation to generation in the heart of Tuscany.

In their own olive groves in Vitiano, south of Arezzo, an Extra Virgin Olive Oil deeply rooted in the territory is born.

The first records of olive oil production date back to the 1300s, while the family mill takes shape in the 1600s. To this day, it is still possible to admire the ancient wheel used for crushing the olives, a symbol of an authentic history.

Today the company combines tradition and innovation: the mill has been modernized with advanced technologies and every stage of production, from harvesting to packaging, is carefully managed down to the finest details to ensure high quality.

Passion and dedication have over time led to important recognitions, confirming the excellence of a unique product.

Tradition and innovation

A mill between history and future

From ancient origins to the most advanced technologies for an oil of excellence

In the Giannini mill, past and present coexist harmoniously. While the historic stone wheel tells of centuries of artisan craftsmanship, the modern equipment ensures cutting-edge production processes.

Every olive is processed with care to preserve its organoleptic characteristics, ensuring a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is this constant attention, combined with a deep knowledge of the territory, that makes every production unique and recognizable.
